Questions people actually ask
- Why is there no monthly plan?
- Because there is no reliable way to collect one. Recurring card billing does not work dependably for Pakistani cards, and pretending otherwise would mean chasing a failed payment every month. Annual, invoiced, paid by bank transfer — it is the honest version.
- What happens after the two months?
- We send an invoice. Nothing switches off while you decide, and nothing is deleted. If you walk away, you keep everything you exported and we stop collecting new data.
- What if I go over the cap?
- We talk about it. Your dashboard does not stop working, your data keeps being collected, and no page is locked. A cap is a conversation, not a tripwire.
- Do I need a card?
- No. We invoice you and you pay by bank transfer. There is no card on file anywhere in the product.
- Can I move to a bigger plan later?
- Yes, at any point, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the year.
